Not so funny when a family member died becasue somebody using a mobile phone travelling at 70MPH ploughed into the back of them.

I've already stated this.

The dash cam was just sitting in the dash holder, hence the video always steady. All I did was press two buttons to set it off recording and pointed it in a certain direction a few times, no different to me changing a radio channel, reaching to change gear, scratching my arse!!

Not like I'm driving one handed waving a mobile phone everywhere is it.
