What Card for Around £150

Thinking of upgrading, but I have no Idea what card to try and get, I have an asus A7N8 delux mobo and a 3200xp chip, I play flight sims a lot so whats gonna be the best card for £150 ish?

Got a 9800xtreme 256mb at the moment and 2gb mushkin RAM I play the IL2 series of flight sims, currently not at the max res but not far off, but I'd like to crank it up to the max res.

wait until the g80 or r600 and save up your pennies dont bother getting a dx9 card...u will eventually upgrade to vista
