What card for my need please

I am putting together a HTPC. I need a GC that can send over HD audio tacks via HDMI, True HD etc etc.

The card also needs to Max most games at 1080p.

Budget is £170 but happy to buy used

Looo, mate. If you want 100% exact answer, you have to advice us which casing (type, like uATX, mini-ITX etc) you are going to buy for HTPC. Otherwise you may end up with too big & loose graphic card protruded from open casing :>
