What Card to get 470 or 5850 ??

Right guys, i am after a new card for gaming, now i have narrowed it down to these 2...

now i know the 5850 overclocks well to 5870 speeds and will match a 5870, but what are the 470's like at overclocking ? will that beat a 5870 also ?

Any help would be great.

my board is a p55-ud4 so sli and xfire are out if im honest as they only work at x8.

Never mind just got a GTX480

i was gonna opt for a 5870 again but seeing as i have already had one and the GTX480 coming up like that i thought it would be rude not to.

Only thing is now will it run on my 500W Psu ?

5870 should run on 500W, not sure about a 480.

Yeah my old 5870 run fine on my 500w psu.
