The Corsair is the case of choice, but i can't really imagine justifying £200 on a case. Have a look at the Antec 902, or the CM Dominator, or the CM Storm Scout. All brilliant, cheaper cases.

You need to also do list of some other requirements before you can really start listing options.
So what about styling? Bling bling ping pong or classic looking?
Or what about noise? All out noise leaking or noise containing.

From those very different in size and everything options Cosmos is more directed toward silence and also because of other design choises it's not that good at cooling.
Lian Li A71 is lot better combination of quiet design and good controlled airflow... Currently doing some OC testing, highest Linpack core temp for Q9550@~3.7 is 63C using Noctua HS and quiet SlipStream fans in everywhere.

Well currently im using my old CM Stacker STC case and its not cutting it out in spain since i moved over here. well for looks i want to get something that looks good also sound is a issue need something whats gonna be silent.

I was going between the Antec 1200, haf 932 and Cosmos.

In the end I picked the 1200, apparantly it has the best flow for air cooling + I liked the look of it more than the haf 932. But Cosmos is another nice pick.

Houston, we have a problem...
Standard method used by most would be just increasing airflow capacity of case but as high room temperature is probable reason for your cooling problem that approach just isn't going to cut it: No matter how big quanties of air you move it won't get any cooler.
So we have to increase heatsink's efficiency meaning either still bigger heatsink or higher airflow through it... which means higher speed, more noisier fan.
And having used STC-T01 I can say that anykind open case is PITA for keeping noise level down. In it 1000rpm Nexus fans were nearly nasty sounding regardless in what point of the case they were.
(now running ~30% higher airflow per RPM SlipStream at ~1100rpm in CPU heatsink and what comes out from combination mat lined A71 is quite low and smooth airflow noise)

Watercooling with big radiator would be really the best solution for high ambient/low noise cooling.

Water would be the best option, since you were willing to spend £200 on it anyway. Not sure how the Stacker is with it but i would imagine it would work quite well.
