OK I want a new case. See my Jeantech thread as to why. I'll be getting one a week on Friday.

I have the following to fit in:

3 X HDD's (possibly a fourth coming)
1 X Optical Drive
ET850 PSU (it's a big beast)
Usual motherboard/CPU etc
Floppy drive.

I'd like 2X USB ports on the front. Apart from that I'm not fussed what it's like, as long as it looks good, has excellent airflow, and is easy to install drives and everything else in. I'm not fussed about noise either as I have my speakers pretty loud. I will be overclocking so once more, airflow is important!

I was thinking about the Antec Nine Hundred.

Hi, you must live near me.

I have an Antec 900, been quite happy with it. Some people says its cramped but I havent had any problems.

To be honest, if you get the antec 900 and have 3 120mm xilence or sharkoon fans in there on low with a decent HSF it will still be cool enough to OC.

Just a bonus ;)

yeah! big up the midlands massive!! (fumbles with fingers to make "m", thats gangster that, you know?)
we should start a new thread for this you know, anyway, ive got a casetek iq and it is heavy but loaded with fans! not sure what the rest of the range is like.
coalville myself, by the way.

For which case?

For the antec 900 I think there will be enough space for the Noctua NH-U12F, it's 205mm wide which should be plenty of space, I think mishima had it in a thinner case. I doubt the sidefan would muck up the airflow.

And with that many fans there will be plenty of airflow for and SLI set up! 6 fan mounts and one of them 200mm is a LOT of airflow.

Cheers mate. Was just a bit concerned as I remember when I had two 7900's in SLI it was a tight fit with my X-Fi all crammed in the small area of PCI and PCI-E slots.

I think it would be up to the configuration of the motherboard rather than the case itself depending on how far apart the PCI-e and PCI slots are. If your having all of those then i'd reccomend buying a fan for the side of the case (as a fan isn't supplied for the side). Just to make sure your getting sufficient airflow for that area.

I've got loads of fans around at home mate. The fan on the side doesn't look as if it will be near to the PCI slots though. Any 900 owners confirm this please?
