Is it interference / noise on the line?
I've got a line that until the 10th February had been up for nearly 8 days and not given problems before that.
Since then it's had 64 sessions, averaging 1 hr 3 mins. There are lots of sub 5 minute sessions.
Nothing has changed equipment wise. The line is filtered on the BT master socket with an XTE or XTF filter (I forget which).
Sync' rate has previously been good:
Upstream 832000
Downstream 6720000
Figures below are downstream/upstream
SNR Margin 10.5 dB 7 dB
Line Attenuation 18.5 dB 7.5 dB
Got this info on the line yesterday:

15 - No BTW line condition/network fault identified. If problems persist please check with your customer that the wiring, filters and CPE (including drivers) are not causing the problem.
15 - This line has been remotely stabilised. This may result in a lower Line Rate but will not breach the FTR. Please allow 2 hours for the new DSLAM Profile to take effect and a further 24 hours for the line to stabilise before retesting.
