So every time i stress out my CPU or GPU my screen just turns black and i cant switch on my computer for like 30 mins or so, also my gpu fans turn off and so dose my hyper 212 evo however everything else works perfectly but i see a black screen. if i leave it and come back everything works fine! So is this like PSU problem ? or maybe motherboard? This is a brand new system with a brand new copy of windows 7.

Spec
i5 4670k
Corsair Builder Series CXM 750W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze
hyper 212 evo
gtx 460
msi z87-g45

To me it looks like a bad psu , everything was fine in the first 2 weeks , but then it all went bad after that, but its funny if i unplug my gpu everything works fine. I tried a diffrent gpu and still goes bad

I'd think over-heating for that. PSU should be giving you more than enough juice.

Temps are fine when i check them when i stress them , and i can barely stress for that long , maybe like 30 seconds max, plus when it restarts my cpu fan and gpu fan turn off, i will just try and get a replacements for the psu and see what happens.

Its just weird when i dont have a gpu installed and i use the onboard graphic card all works perfectly

It's the delayed restart that's throwing me off on this. It stinks of overheating problems and having to wait for something to cool.

Hold on, have you checked the psu temps? That could be what's over heating.
