Does anyone know what would be causing this? I'm thinking my GPU but not sure.

That may be an issue between the AMD driver and Chrome, I've seen it mentioned before on the AMD forums. Does it happen in other apps too?

I don't think it has actually, i have seen some strange burn in like things before, but not seen anything like that in a long time now. I did have a pic of that but can't find it now.
