What Chips This Memory using?

I have this memory (G.Skill 4GB DDR2 PK PC2-8500C5) I can't find any info on what chips it's using

I'm sure the G.Skill PC8000 & PC8500 are using powerchip chip's,the 4GB kits are excellent i'm running 8GB of it in an Asus Maximus.
