Im in abit of a cuffuddle. I want a new mobo, but deciding what chipset I need is stopping me buying.
Ive mainly been looking at Gigabyte offerings with the 890x/fx or the 990x/fx.
The only difference I know between the x and fx is that is has different speed pcie ports and more of them? (correct me if Im wrong)
Now Im not going to crossfire, but if a matching card comes up cheap, I wont say no.
My current CPU is a PII x3 710 and Ill probably be changing to either the x4 955 or the 1090t before xmas.
'Bulldozer' is coming out soon, but will this affect prices enough to wait until release and grab some bargains?
