What connector is this?

Its connected to a front panel display on my Thermaltake Kandalf but i cant find a corresponding socket on my Asus.

Any ideas?

Is there a water-cooled version of the case? Could it be for something to do with that? One thing is pretty certain, it's not a standard connector - look at the slot on the back of it. It's meant to fit somewhere and nowhere else if you get my meaning.
 
Is it the connector for the front panel LEDs? There is a box on the base of the case with a red switch that should have a small wire coming out of it for that to plug-in to. Maybe.
 
Yeh im googling like mad here.Its just a connection for a lighting display as far as i can see.It just light's up that lower greeny display.

I think thats part of the Anti-Tamper mechanism.Then again i maybe wrong.

Actually, I think that box controls different light sequences for the front display panel. My g/f's Thermaltake Skull case has a similar box, and the red switch changes the front display leds from static to flashing (the lights flash on/off in a controlled pattern). I think you need to plug a molex into the box, as well as that connector.
