what cool thing can I do with an empty floppy disk drive slot?

I have an amiga, and a lot of old disks that might be easier to fo rescue, and format with a pc floppy, so I'm thinking about going retro, and put an actual diskette drive in my empty diskette drive slot, but I was wondering if there were any third party cool things that have been done for an empty slot like that?
I did have a fan controller in there, but I'm having my pc rebuilt, so I've had it removed to make life easier for my rebuild computer guy

You can or at least to be able to get a floppy drive that also had various card reader slots built in and would fit in one slot. They can be quite handy. Or there will be just memory card/USB port ones if you need to take out the floppy drive.
I think used to be able to get little LCD screens to put some info. Unfortunately these days because cases hardly have these slots the market for things to go there is probably pretty small.
