what coolant to use

hi
my zalman reserator xt has been playing up i read to change the coolant i also read that the zalman coolant is realy not very good for the system ,,,, what other coolants can i use ??? can i use coolant for a car in my pc ??

whilst i here

when flushing out my cooloing system whith very hot water as recomended at Zamlam

should the water be boiling hot ??

and should i remove the cpu cooler block from the cpu before flushing

Just use deionised water and pt nuke

Yes take it all apart when flushing. Use deionised water for that as well. Or normal water with vinegar

looking quickly it seems it can be made to different concentration

would i use 1 drop per ltr or 2 drops per ltr as the coolant

or should i use a ph meter and use whatever gives me 7.5

Deionised or Distilled water + Silver kill coil is all you need.

I always put a good few drop.s of pt nuke in. I know it only says a few drop.s but didn't do anything to my loop.
