What Cooling Would Be Best?

Hello
Was just wondering what cooling would be best for my build. I was thinking of the h115i aio but been told that a high end noc air cooler would be better as there would be no risk of a leak.
What do you think and recommend?

@doyll I'm probable going to go with the NH15, although until I make the purchase h115i is still on my mind.

I'm debating between noc-d15, macho rev b and h115i
I'm so indecisive its annoying
Edit: Noise is something I am taking into consideration, don't want a jet engine in my room kek
