right so.

at the weekend I setup my pc so I can stream my movies/tv/music straight from my pc to the PS3. it works apart from seems to stutter when watching something with dialogue and background music.

is this a case of needing a better router/network hub? is it my pc not having enough umpf for this?

unsure if this is the right thread for this.

PC:
i5 650
4gig ram
gtx460

Network is just a talk talk router ps3 is wireless too it, would wired help?

Do you have the possibility to try wired? - Could be the issue.

4gb of memory might limit you? does it stutter in games?

you'd need 64bit windows version if you went to 8gb of ram

could be the wireless stick though idk

Gaming is fine. And streaming is ok when just dialogue with no background music. I will try get my hands on a long enough Ethernet cable
