What could "PCI Simple Communications Controller" be?

I swear I have installed every driver from the AsRock website but this still appears as an uninstalled in Device Manager.

My setup is:
IB 3770k
8GB RAM
Crucial M4
AsRock Z77e-ITX

What could it be? Wireless LAN and Wired Lan are setup fine. Windows update brings nothing.

Try installing the intel ME driver

Grab the device ID and google it.
