I have a user who is trying to access a site login through Firefox. It works fine in explorer and on my machine in Firefox and a testing machine with Firefox. He is using the latest version of Firefox, same as the testing machine
He gets this error message -

Could it be something like Java, or Javascript that needs updating. I'll ring the number but feel they wont know this answer as it works fine in Firefox on a different machine. (Therefore something his machine is lacking, or causing it to error)
