What cpu cooler/heatsink?

whats the best heatsink/CPU cooler for an ASUS P5Q Pro Intel p45 socket 775 motherboardhttp://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-280-AS http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-280-AS with an Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 LGA775 'Wolfdale' 3.16GHz http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-193-IN fitted? is it worth using water? it sounds fun but is expensive and lots of hassle

Unless you are looking at a monster overclock then an Artic Freezer 7 will be plenty

Xigmatek HDT-1283 - only £18 and will do better than the Thermalright Ulta 120's.

Tuniq Tower, Thermalright, Scythe are all good cpu coolers which have been in recommended in the past.

The Arctic Freezer Pro 7 is an excellent cooler for the price which I use in my spare pc.

If you won't be OC you CPU Freezer 7 Pro is ok, but fo OC I would go for better one.

Nah they are too hit n miss productin wise, the one I had was utter **** (YMMV)

Here is a new budget wonder air cooler, used three of them now and think they are really cool!

I could only get my Q6600 to 2.7-2-8.ghz on a Freezer 7 Pro. Get a Xigmatek it'll be the best cooling purchase you make.
