Here're my specs:

CPU: i5-3470
Mobo: GA-H77M-D3H
Case: CM K280, 1 exhaust fan

When I put over 100 FPS in a game, my Intel stock cooler starts to make noise. Which one to buy? Cryorig M9i or C7? Or other CPU coolers maybe.

You've chosen a decent cooler, the most popular choice is the Hyper Evo 212. May want to consider themal paste too such as the Arctic Silver MX-4 or Mx-5 (I find them a bit better than the supplied paste in some coolers).

If you haven't overclocked just keep the stock cooler and make sure you have better ventilation in the case, 1 exhaust fan and 1 intake would help you, it isn't clogged with dust? With that build a Stock cooler should be fine.

I noticed Cryorig H7 has 10-25 dBA from its official page. What is the range of dBA mean?
