Hi I currently have a AMD 3200+ but I find some hungrey CPU games like rome total war go in to slow motion while playing If I choose to many men to fight on the battlefiled + I am wanting to upscale standard DVD`s to 720p resolution to watch on my prjector and I can just about scrape doing it at the minute.
So my main ? what sort of CPU will add a bit of future proof with games to come out in years to come ??
my graphics card is a x1800 so no problems there.
would I see a great diffrence in performace from going from a 3200+ to a 4600+ ?
