what CPU I need???

Hi about month ago, I asked u guys for upgrade my old pc, thanks a lot, now I would like go with next component, im not sure what CPU I shall buy or maybe motherboard CPU bundle??
My specs
Motherboard asrock g3m-s
PSU ocz 500w
GPU gigabyte oc 2gb 7850
4096mb ddr2 ram
CPU dual core e 5300 2.6
I want spend about £ 200 but I can stretch budget.

Can't overclock as well. Worse on board sound and you lose a lot of features.
