What CPU/Mobo goes with KLEVV CRAS XR5 RGB 32GB kit 6200MHz Gaming Memory DDR5

I am gifted with 32GB of RAM, I am currently using

Ryzen 7 5800x
32GB DDR4 3200
B450 AORUS M

I do a lot of 4k video editing and 1440p Apex legion gaming, current system is working ok for me but since I am gifted with these RAM I am thinking of upgrading my main system and pass on the older parts to my kids....

A B650 mobo? pair with a faster newer Ryzen CPU?

From TPU's media encoding section in the 7900X review, it looks like it would be a big upgrade for that sort of stuff (not so much for gaming), but do you have the budget for it?

Budget is ok but of course a bit steep compare to the main stream DDR4 set up. I will have to do a bit of research and see if it is worth the difference between Ryzen 7 and 9 with the 7000 series, I will upgrade to B650 as that will be the new standard in the months to come.
