What CPUs / APUs could I put in this?

The CPU/APU isn't an issue. You can put anything you like in there really. You need to find a mini-ITX motherboard for whatever you choose though
 
Only if overclocking really. I'd steer clear of the Piledriver range due to their high native TDP, but other than that you could stick anything in there. There are plenty of low profile coolers that will do the job, hell, even the retail Intel cooler will do the job
 
From having a quick read mate, you can pretty much put anything you want spec wise in it aslong as its compatible and it fits.. you dont have a lot of room to be honest only 34mm for a cpu cooler, i think overclockers stock them. there is only one fan i think 40mm pre installed so it wont have great airflow and you can only install a Nano PSU which are standard at 150w so that shouldnt get too hot. if your still going to go with this case just help it as much as possible, install a extra fan, maybe go for a 2.5 inch SSD for storage it wont get as hot. and run it in a fridge (joking) if i was you i would look at a slightly bigger ITX case or a small Micro ATX
