What CRM/ERP Software Do you Use

My company is looking for a new CRM/ERP solution and since we're a small company and don't currently have one, we're not sure what we're looking for.

We think we want the following:

Client/Job Management
Stock Control
Purchasing Management
Client Issue tracker

with ideally integration into our PBX (Asterisk), LDAP user accounts and email.

What solutions are each of you using and how big is your organisation?

SysAid ties into LDAP and Email systems Dave, not sure your going to find one that ties into VoIP though without having to pay in gold bars and hens teeth.

Thats very true, it was just a thought i had - if we had exchange/outlook we could actually use HUD which is easily integrated into Asterisk and uses the TAPI to allow calling of people from your address book.

One option we could consider is just writing our own - we're a software dev house after all.
