What desktop CPU is this comparable to?

I have an i7 3820QM laptop CPU- 4c/8t, 2.7GHz turbo to 3.7, 8mb 'smart cache'.

My question is, what intel desktop CPU is this equivalent to? And what overclocked CPU is this equivalent to? And finally how does it compare to an overclocked i7 860?

I'm not overclocking my laptop cpu!

I lied, my cpu is a 3740QM. 2.7GHz turbo to 3.7GHz (apparently- i've only seen 3.4). I've actually disabled the turbo for my oblivion gaming so i have more "thermal room" to overclock my GPU.

It's interesting to know it is similar to an i5 2500!
