What Desktop Environment do you use?

As title...

Just got Mandriva 2007 installed and using KDE with at the moment. Looking for a nice new one though.

So what do the rest of you use?

currently using Gnome 2.16 with Beryl, however I have used KDE before, as well as Gnome 1.x, CDE, OpenWindows and TVWM. Does Mac OS count as a Window Manager?

I really like the minimalistic Fluxbox. XFCE is something nice if you want something in between lightweight and gnome/KDE.

I use gnome with beryl. Gnome is nice and theres plenty to customize it like at

http://art.gnome.org/

and

http://www.gnome-look.org/

However, the novelty with beryl soon wore off me and the bugs in it can be quite annoying.

didnt like gnome - wouldnt work with my dual screens. KDE for me

I use Gnome with Beryl on Ubuntu 6.10.

On those occasions that I use Linux, I use Gnome - I like its functionality and similarity to Windows and OS X (a bit of both in terms of the way it works and looks) - I just wish it wasn't so sluggish and unresponsive compared to Windows

I often use:

Gnome, Fluxbox and Xfce. Gnome with Compiz/XGL

Flux is lightweight and has everything you need and nothing you dont.
Xfce is lightweight and adds a few extra features, but personally I am not a fan. I use it on my laptop when other people want to use it.
Gnome is the one I use on my main computer since I dont need anything lightweight. It just looks better!
