My god, what a beast! How does that compare to the 500?

The VXR was a little out of my budget (aside from doggy looking ones), and I like the styling (or lack thereof) and decent boot of the CV8. I do love those flared nostrils though :D

Do you get it serviced at MonkFish? We're both about 80 miles out, which is a bit of a trek (although probably worth it).
 
Think I'll have to try them...they seem to come highly recommended and from my wodge of servicing invoices that came with the car, their prices seem quite fair.

Only downsides I've found so far (admittedly not long) could've been solved by stretching to the VXR8, i.e., access to the rear seats is atrocious and the doors on the monaro are so long that getting in and out is very inelegant when parked tightly ;)

Got a nice camera, and a dirty car. Also, working daylight hours :mad:

My man-maths says the difference in depreciation between the TDi I chopped for it makes up for the difference between 36/50 MPG (urban/motorway) and 13/30 MPG...just means the pain of watching my money slosh into the fuel tank, rather than silently disappearing behind my back :D

Hovis, bleurgh...how about a decent artisan loaf?
 
Can do some time - will have to study up on car 'togging. Yours is rather more impressive looking than mine though (black, stock CV8), like the before and after shots on a gym advert ;)

Heh, my mate used to work there. Until he had a falling out with the boss that is. For being such a small outfit, they've got one hell of a reputation and customer base, there was a Ferrari 430 GT3 spec in there at one point :p
