well guys when I was on win 7 about a hour ago my chrome speed test was about 40-50mb download 1-2 mb upload so I install win 10 and here is what I just got

man alive this is an amazing increase don't care how it happened but win 10 rocks on all counts so far

Correct it is not the OS.
OOKLA Speedtest must be reporting an incorrect speed. Try a different site to confirm.

How is the new Edge browser? After having used Firefox for such a long time I kind of feel willing to give Edge a try (providing I can use Adblock).
