What did you do after uni?

Had sorted a job out 3 months before graduating - pressure off. Lazy summer hols, then started job in autumn. Textbook.

I graduated and moved back to my parents for a few months.

I'd always wanted to do a winter season, so I got a working holiday visa for Canada. I got a job as a liftie and a snowboard instructor. Originally I intended to do six months, but ended up staying for nearly two years!

I'm back living with my parents again now and work in London... though I'm looking to move out as soon as possible now. I find that there are colleagues at work who are in a better position than me, due to having two, or three years head start as they came straight out of university in the job. However, most of them never went traveling, and a lot really want to do it. I've never regretted the time I spent out of the country.

I finished uni, worked for the summer (minus a couple of weeks for holidays) and moved in with my then boyfriend before starting my legal practice course (essentially, another university course, minus any need to use my brain). After I'd completely finished studying, I worked for a summer in a job which provided food and accommodation (for both my boyfriend and I, although only I was working), went roadtripping for two weeks, then moved into a flat in London a week before I started working at a law firm. I got lucky though, as during both summers, I had easy jobs lined up which took care of accommodation needs.

I got accepted onto a graduate job whilst doing my masters degree. Moved back in with my parents in London and then eventually saved up for a deposit and bought a house.

Pretty dull, eh?
