i managed to successfully complete a 10K fun run, with no training and no actual running done for the last 10 years lol!!

1hr 3 mins was my time and I was 917 out of 1500 which I personally thought was pretty good :)
 
Well done.

I did the antithesis of what you did. I went to the Reading Beer and real ale festival and drank myself stupid.

This BH, I took the kids to Chelmsford Pitch and Put. It took us 2 hours to complete 9 holes :p . Then i decided it was about time I washed that big mechanical thing that's sits on our drive... then chilled with some beers :)

Thanks and oh YES, much much pain, my legs actually feel bruised to touch and my borther feels like he has fractured a bone in his foot :p
 
had an awesome day
lie in, birthday shopping in the bull ring (i am now the proud owner of 2 gorgeous necklaces), afternoon spent at the botanical gardens, did 3 loads of laundry and had a take away whilst watching back to back family guy to end the evening
got to bed about 2am - woke up at 6.30am - it's all good :)
 
I rattled around my house, confused and shaking, periodically wincing as I recalled various events of the previous two days.
 
On Saturday we went to the park and played football. Then I cooked a mexican tea for us all.

Sunday we went soundcard shopping. Then I made toad in the hole for the first time ever.

Monday we chilled out all day.

Not a very exciting weekend.
 
Did the Alan Partridge Bondathon

First 19 Bonds starting on sunday morning until about 2 hours ago.

The Moore period was a killer :p
 
On Saturday I went to Manchester with the bf, on Sunday went to the the Give it a Name gig and yesterday I completed Tomb Raider: Legend. :)
 
I went shopping, got some eggs and some other bits, and found the god of all chocolate bars! the CREME EGG BAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God its amazing, 43pence well spent, and im going back for more.... apart from that i used my new pc..... and did work.... ah the joys of my life..... Nerd forever :)

This weekend have worked a grand total of 35hrs, 26 of these were done on sunday and monday :(

Friday - Amusing house party, didn't get home till dinner time the next day.
Saturday - Woke up after 6 hours sleep (6:30pm). Ate, had a shower and went to the pub.

Sunday - It all caught up with me, urghhhh :(
