If you are not doing anything that will benefit from high write speeds, then stick with the EVO.

Hmm, occasional pic editing perhaps? Or video coding, but that's gonna be bottlenecked by cpu more than anything

Case is more of a preference / budget thing overall, for SSD I agree with Idle - stick with the Evo.

Hmmm, ok I'll probably go for the Evo

- I currently am booting off a 320GB (newish)WD blue 2.5" - the system is pretty newly installed, for some reason though, it tends to boot very slowly and sometimes totally freeze out for no reason, could this be a dodgy HD or could it be a dodgy HDD controller on my mobo?

B grade are returns / refurbs which are they sold on with the possible item or 2 missing such as a motherboard backplate or sata leads

b Grade items are items which have been returned (no damage), Ex-display and some refurbeds.

The price is reudced to reflect this.

There have been many good experiences with B grade items, most only missing manuals.
