For some reason as of 3am yesturday to 1pm today my internet has been out. I think it happened at Zen end because I had to re-enter my user/pass to connect.

But now I can only get 5mbps instead of the usual 55mbps.

Have I been downgraded by the DSLAM? How do I get it back up?

Thanks

Call Zen.

It sounds like multiple problems. Re-entering username and password denotes an issue with your router. If the DSLAM has dropped you down it may be due to it seeing some kind of fault.
Had any power outages/spikes lately?

Why are you posting about this on the internet?

First step - call the ISP!

This, the ISP should always be the first port of call, they can test, do diagnostics and hopefully fix the problem. Luckily your not with BT or everything I have said until now in this post would be a lie :D
