I want to start a YouTube channel and a blog. I'll need to quickly record my desk from above and slow down the video but keep it at high quality at 4k. I'll also need to be able to take photos that are close to the object. I'd also like to capture a 4k video of myself talking. The only problem is that I have no idea about any of this stuff.

Can someone help me out, please?
 
4K 60FPS as well as macro for up to £300 is a difficult ask unless you’re happy with something like a GoPro for 4K60/120 and then a separate camera for close up?
 
If you have a limited budget, just starting out and have a flagship phone, most from last 2 years can do 4k60, in fact some like Sony Xperia 5 II can even go up to 4k120.

Can then get the Filmic Pro app that will give you oodles of control when it comes to recording video and could spend the money on a camera for macro work.
 
You will also need various boom arms, light stands, tripod stands. Especially holding something high up and above over.

You will need light boxes, LED lights.

And also a mic as said earlier. People always forget good audio. I would rather watch 1080p with good audio than 4k with terrible audio.

Thank you. That is a very useful reply. I'll have to do some Googling for reviews to learn more about this stuff.
