What do i need to add fans to my PSU loom?

Hey guys

I need to add power to a couple of case fans, issue is they seem to have a mobo pin looking 3 prong connection.

How can i power them off my PSU connections? I assume ill need an adaptor, but can anyone confirm which?

You can get molex to 3-pin fan adaptors. Then simply hook the fan up to a molex connector.

Here's single fan adapter:

This has two 12V (black) and two 5V (white) outputs:

It'll do the trick alright. I do it all the time.
Obviously you lose the ability to do speed control if you do this.
There are ways to correct that issue (fan controllers, voltage limiters that go between the powersupply and the fan).
They will run full speed and full noise at all times otherwise.
