What do i need to capture video properly?

Wanna start capturing my own videos of the 360 games and make my own clips, what kinda hardware do you need for it?

VGA in on your graphics card and a program liek fraps.

oooh theres a thought, my dad is getting rid of his DVDr in a few weeks when i move back and upgrade to sky+ - i might do it that way

Works quite well, although it just takes an age to rip the DVD onto your PC unfortunately.
