What do I need to connect an external display?

Hey guys,

I got a MBP and I would like to be able to hook it up to my TV(VGA) to watch movies sometimes and also to my external display(DVI) from time to time. I know the MBP has a mini display port, but what sort of adapter do I need to be able to do this and how much will it set me back?

Doh!

I'm officially a retard!

I went on the bay and found: "Mini DVI - To - VGA Display adapter for MacBook"...

Got it for £7 quid and it's not the right one! The mini dvi part is too big to fit the MBP lol....oh well
