What do i need to download for black ops 6

Hi everyone , I am going to pre install black ops 6 as son has game pass so I can play with him, but tmit tries in install all MW2 games and warzone and MW3 what exactly will I need to play black ops 6 ?

There us a file called call of duty that is 40 gb

And one called black ops 6 content pack 1.

Don't want to install all the older games if don't need to.

The newer CoD games use a unified dashboard that is shared across all games.

Im of the belief there are shared files across games too. For example, when I did a fresh install of MW3 it installed a few aspects related to MW2 as well.

You will need to wait for the game to come out and download it from there if you want to pick and choose the packs to install but it might be best to just let the game select what to install though.

I’m not sure if it will auto-update with the new game if you install MW3 first (also on Gamepass). But that’s what I have done - installed MW3 ahead of BLOPS 6 dropping.
