What do i need to get MCE running?

Hi,

i have just bought an xbox 360 and would love to take full advantage of the MCE extender function. I currently have a shuttle sn41g2, with an athlon 2500 and 512 of ram knocking around. All i need to get it up and running is a hard disk and the OS. I was hoping to use this as a small media server.

I would also like to be able to run a TV card with it to stream live tv to the xbox and record from there also.

also the xbox can only handle wmv files, i was planning on ripping my DVD collection to WMV, im aware this would be a lengthy process but its something i dont mind doing. So would also require some software that goes from dvd -> wmv.

Can i use the shuttle for what im describing above?

all it needs is a DX9 graphics card, and the TV card has to be DBA compatable

May you suggest a decent TV card? The shuttle has a GF 4 built in, but i may just drop a cheapy agp card in

I've just got one of these SN41G2's and wondered what the s-video output is like as at the moment I've got two possible uses for it.

Media Centre box for the TV etc.

Small Business Server to have my mail with the exchange functionality, currently I pay someone else to host my exchange server.
