What do I need to replace switches?

I bought a gamemax strike keboard from a competitor last year and it was great to strat with then the A key was only working intermittently. I sent it back they tested ( apparently) and found no fault. It's got steadily worse to the point its now unusable ( and out of warranty). I've read that it uses Otemu red switches and looking online they're not expensive.

Do i just need some sort of puller tool and some replacment switches?

If it's not a hotswap board you'll need to desolder. If it's hotswap, switch puller and a new switch.
