What do I need?

My current set up consists of:

X99 Mobo
5930K 6 Core CPU
16Gb DDR4 RAM 4x4 kit
NZXT Kraken X58 CPU Liquid cooler (compatible with new X299 socket?)

lots of other stuff i.e sound card wifi card GPU

Now I will upgrade with certainty when the X299 and new CPU's are released

What can I re-cycle from my old set up?

I mean can I just sell the motherboard and CPU and use my existing memory kit and everything else?

if i just get the x299 motherboard will that work with my existing 5930k cpu?

Also some said in another post that existing Avexir Tesla ROG Series 16GB (4x4GB) DDR4 PC4-21300C15 2666MHz Quad Channel Kit will not work with x299 ?? cxan some one clarify?
