What do mods use to measure sig size?

As mine keeps getting removed even though i use photoshop and set the template to a few pixels less in each direction than the maximum size, yet it still gets removed for being the wrong dimensions! i'm pretty sure photoshop is accurate!

Hmm might not be, but thats not what the warning says - says 400x75 is the problem. I never check the size, but i do save it at low quality so i cant really make it any smaller :confused:

dammit found the prob, it is over 20kb, tis 22....thats annoying. how can i make it a smaller file?
