...keep breaking the weights? I entered the gym today and having completed a couple of sets of db bicep curls, decided I was going to pyramid down to the 20kg's for another couple of sets. The only problem being some dimwit had previously broke one of them dropping/throwing it from shoulder height?
I decided I would be better off doing another couple of sets with the 22's knowing it would be a bit more of a struggle due to being wasted on the first couple of sets. In this case, would many of you just dropped down to the 17's or have simply set up a 40kg barbell equivalent or stuck with the 22kg's? I did however manage the latter completing five good reps and slightly cheating on the sixth for the remaining two sets.
Edit: It's DW so it will probably take about 3 months to get another set
