What do people think of this spec?

After not upgrading for about 4 years I think its time to splash out.....

I already have DVD drive and writer, audigy 2 Soundcard and an Antec 480W PSU. What do people think of the following?

I know it's slightly over budget. If you need to stick to budget then change the x1900xt for an x1800xt 512mb, and that will take it under.

Unless you're going for a dual card setup spending that sort of money on the mobo is a waste and the one i've specced will be just as good for what you want.

Also the 2 x 80gb deskstars in raid0 are faster, cheaper and quieter than raptors. I've also included a 250gb deskstar for storage.
