Hey guys,

Long story shoty,I forgot my PSN password so i reset it changed password thought all was good,Well tried logging into PSN on the play station and its asking for a code its sent to my old phone,Well dont have access to that anymore and there is no option to have the code sent to your email.

So ive emailed Playstation support and theyve sent me this email.

They've not told me what documentation im supposed to be sending them,i have absolutely no idea what they need its taken them 3 days to reply to me as it is.

Anyone have any idea what they need?
 
Doesn' tit say what they need when you click on the link to upload it?

Failing that just give them a call. Once I changed the email for my PSN and totally forgot what I changed it to. I'd also used a fake DOB and forgotten every possible security measure they have in place.

So I ended up giving them a call with only my profile name to go on and the guy was very helpful in getting my account back.
 
Hi mate,no just gives me a unique page for me to upload documents on,Which i assume is there way in house to know who they've come from.

Probably just end up giving em a call tbh,not very good though every other service offers to have the code sent to an email too not just mobile but not sony lol.
