Whilst installing Windows 7, I noticed that there were no UAC prompts. Intrigued, I went into Control Panel and discovered the UAC slider. I read the description of the default setting and alarm bells started ringing. So, I went on Google and found some interesting stories.
Serious issue or mountain out of a molehill?
I'll be running with the slider on max, and as a standard user. Fast user switching, where necessary.
