I couldn't find them on OcUK Host Review

I know they're fantastic with domain names and I'm now thinking of getting one of their dedicated servers. £39/mo for a dedicated box with unmetered access to a Tier-1 network in the UK is an outstanding price and is becoming an increasingly hard offer for me to pass up!

Edit: Looking at the Specs Page you can apparrently host game servers on these as well :eek:

I wonder if they'll allow torrent

IMO 123-reg are poor even for domains... as of about a year ago anyway

I've been searching all afternoon for a decent Dedicated/VPS/VDS server and I'm now officially confused :confused:

If there's someone out there who can point me in the direction of a decent package I'd much appreciate it. TBH the only thing keeping me away from 123-reg is the fact that they dont like answering phones

Don't streamline use fasthosts datacentre(s)?

If that's the case, then this line on their website is funny

Both data centres have multiple internet connections providing a highly stable service. Should one (or more) connections fail other connections are ready to take over

Sometime last year a workman cut through some fiber going to fasthosts gloucestershire datacentre taking it out for an extended period of time... redundancy my ass!

Anyways, that was off-topic.

Check out www.ochostreview.co.uk for a range of opinions on web hosting companies. You'll find a fair few companies on there offering good value dedicated servers etc.
