What do you call this kind of milk/cream throther that keeps it cold?

You see them a lot in other european countries in bars, they are essentially a very high powered one of these:

They sit on the bar/counter top and stand about 2ft tall. I ask because whilst I was away I had a white russian made with cream from one of these and it was so silky and smooth it was like drinking heaven so I must find one!

So the round black bit at the top is the motor, the black bit sticking down is what you put in to the milk & does the throthing and the grey bit is just the body/stand.

Cheers Papa but they are not what I am after. I have worked as a barista in some great coffee shops and stuff like that just does not have the power.
 
Yeah exactly that sort of thing thanks, i doubt it will be powerful enough though. From that I have seen they are called spindle mixers which are very expensive, i'm gonna see if i can get one second hand or something.
