What do you do if you need quicktime pro on lion?

QuickTime X doesn't do anything pro? Have they moved it to another application?

You can download QuickTime 7.6.6 which is intended for SL. It's known to work with Lion.

it didn't in SL either.

Get Quicktime pro 7 - you can download it and install alongside.

I downloaded it from apple and it said was unable to install since quicklime X is installed?

Edit oh ok 7.6.6 installed. I must have downloaded a leopard only version.

Yeah it's a little confusing. 7.6.9 is the Lion version of QuickTime X

you can get it from the osx disc ie snow leopard other other item to install or you can get the download from apple hard to find but get it from osx leopard disc is easiest
