What do you do in your Break and Lunch Break

For break I get a bacon sandwich and sit talking to the others, we sometimes play pool too. Lunch breaks I go home for a bit, get myself something to eat at home and come back.

Get food, come back and in the new office we got a cafe with 2 large tellys and Sky+ so we can watch what we want and sit and eat and socialise.

I never thought I would see a mention of the City Hall in this thread - you must be very near me!

What I do for lunch depends on the time of year - as I work in a school our lunch breaks are not the longest (40mins tops) so I would sit in the staff room or eat my lunch at my desk.

Over the school holidays when no pupils are here I would go out, buy something from Subway, chip shop etc but still usually go back into work. I quite like taking my lunch out with me sometimes though to somewhere nice like the Odyssey Arena area in Belfast.

Last job I came home for a bit, ate and look on BBC news/forums.

Well I work in Arndale House, which is smack bang in the middle of the Arndale shopping centre in Manchester. I either do a bit of shopping, sit in exchange square and watch bbc + eat or have a walk around aimlessley for 30 minutes

I work from home the majority of the time so will usually pop downstairs, make a sandwich and a drink and then eat whilst reading whatever book I'm on at the time.

Head to the wardrobe in Leeds, have a coffee, some food, 10% off

have a beer and have a chat.

Then back to work. its local, cheapish and coffee isnt that bad either

Usually get food, sit outside and watch the awesomely hot women walk around in their summer dresses here in the Docklands

. In the winter, its get my food and sit inside the office or sometimes go into Canada place and have a bite to eat there.

But summertime in the Docklands rocks \o/. I just wish we had more sun this yr than we have had...missed out on copious amounts of bird watching
